After injecting pge1 I sometimes have tremendous soreness/tenderness after sex. Don't even like fabric to touch me! Also immediately after, the blood takes forever to exit my penis. I've started doing girl push-ups to help blood flow away from it?! Seems to help a bit...any thoughts or anyone experience similar effects?

Unfortunately a two hour erection will cause some soreness and sensitivity , a small price to pay to fuck like a porn star

Those are early symptoms of potential priapism. Be very careful with the dose. PGE-1 reacts different in your body depending on environmental conditions. For a guy who cant get hard naturally, it works pretty much the same steady all the time. But if you are not medically diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, and just happens one day that you're horny after days without sex and you're relaxed stress free happy, the same dose could give you an erection that won't go down. No pushups or jumping jacks will help. After about 5-6 hours, the dilation of the vessels overcome any constriction effect from adrenaline. The only solution is a shot of epinephrine. If that doesnt work, you'll pass out if I write the procedure.
