Ok so 18 days ago I fell off a ladder at work,and this past tuesday I had surgery..They reattached my quad tendon and repaired my torn quad..The ortho specialist said it would be 6 weeks before I can start physical therapy,or drive..Weighin 269 that was a hard fall.I started training in 87 and this is my first real injury/surgery.i am looking to speed up the recovery process as quickly as possible..Are there any peptides that would help specifically with this?
 
The BPC is a good one, a girl I know who does powerlifting got her shoulder back on track in 3 weeks using the stuff.

I forgot but we sat down and did some research and came up with a protocol based off her bodyweight.
She recently did a powerlifting meet and came in 1st in one division and second in another...however those are split up I know she sent me a pic with two sets of medals.
She got a shitload of it too, bought it bogo and still spent 250.00 if memory serves.
Ill have to ask her to remind me with how much we figured she had to take.

That I know she told me she was gonna do Delt all the way.
I vaguely remember her dose being 3-5 mg but exact numbers- I dont remember this was almost a month ago, and geriatrics like me dont do well with remembering convos with women lol.
 
I had a tricep injury and used tb500.. and came out smelling like a rose..

I havent tried bpc yet but ya better believe I will if i get another injury.. I have never read a bad thing about bpc.. there are thousands of reviews out there on it and you will be hard pressed to find a negative one..

Also the clinical trials and studies back them up so the science is there...

I have heard of bpc being run at 250-500mcg ED into the injury.. we are all pioneers in this field and no one really knows.. that being said when it comes to peps I take as much as I can afford.. Is it right or wrong who the fack knows but I have had pretty good luck with it!

I've used tb500 before. It works decently for most things. But I too suffered my first tendon injury last year. Enter BPC157. I was four months post injury and facing surgery since it was not healing on its own. A month of BPC157 and I avoided surgery and returned to normal training.

There's no set dosing protocol but I recommend 1MG ED right in the site of injury. I started at lower doses but the given your size I think 1MG is the right dose for you. It what I will use if I ever need it again.

I got mine thru a sponsor here who always has BPC157 as a BOGO and always runs additional 30% of sales so its not expensive to get say 30mg of BPC157. This of course gives you a month at 1MG/ED. I'll all but guarantee significant healing within 3 weeks. Mind you I had a partial tear. The more severe obviously the more time and peptide you might need. BPC won't fix a completely torn tendon in 3 weeks the but the difference between using and not using it is night and day.

I really appreciate it Saps!..your response was quite detailed and it definately helped me to make up my mind...on a side note I just had surgery on tues,i didnt want but ortho specialist said if I didnt get it fixed I would not walk again..i hope to research some good peps during my recovry!:)

Make sure you are super on point with the physical therapy at home send at the pt office. I had surgery in March and was on point with PT but the way I slept messed me up and got some scar tissue that I'm having worked on by a Rolfer. But if you are going to use BPC157 I'd suggest getting on that right away.

I think some of the doses being used for BPC 157 may not be needed. I'm on day 14 of using 250 mcg sub-q daily and my shoulder injury is going away.
 
Do you guys believe shooting IM into injured area is better than sub Q

I agree. I remember people doing 100mcg and did fine. These 1mg amounts seem crazy.

I am very curious about that one...even after I start really training my lower body again..what about mgf and igf?

I don't follow any info on peptides other than BPC157 sorry. But I'm sure the igf will help. Maybe others can help with answering your question about mgf.
