Documenting your cycle

I've been reading quite a bit of the peptide forum and one thing that comes to mind is the degrees of variance between the different compounds/ Each test subject is different from the next, so it made me think, "how are the test subjects keeping track of their cycle"?

I learn through trial and error, research and investigation and recording down the variables with each cycle.

Normally I would just use Excel to track such details but I was wondering if an app exists that was developed with such research in mind?

Do you follow a similar approach? If so, what software are you using?
