Use the DAC. And if you are going to mess with GW, then you should be taking the peptides along with it to mitigate the muscle loss issues that arise from taking ampK amplifiers.

GW puts your body in a fake "starvation mode" which is great for switching to fatty acids for energy. But it also turns off muscle building and muscle preservation systems.

Adding a GH releasing protocol will help mitigate this issue.

Personally though, I wouldn't bother with GW. It's harsh stuff. Too many issues with it IMO.

Care to elaborate? I'm assuming you're referring to the study showing cancer in rats. Otherwise, not sure how it's harsh. I ran it once before all the cancer warning stuff spread around. 20mg/day with aicar. I noticed definitive endurance improvement without doubt and I leaned up a bit with diet unchanged. BTW, not disagreeing with you by any means. I just didn't "feel" bad or have any sides to speak of. No noticeable muscle loss either (which I have noticed on T3).

Not referring to the cancer issues. It just made me feel like shit. My aerobic endurance increased, but my anaerobic performance suffered immensely.

May just be me. I could jog for days. But doing burpees, grappling, deadlifting, squatting, and anything "breathtaking" killed me.

Btw- I went with cjc no dac/ ghrp2, because in the past it has worked well for me, and is cheaper than the high dose of dac I would need to see the same results

I've used both, I'd go with the peptides... Gw didn't work as good as everyone claims... My training and diet also on point
