Greetings!
Like many hormones wich are triggered by the HPTA growth hormone has a negative feedback loop, at high levels of the hormone it will blunt the natty release of it.
What do we know of HGH about this? Usually people inject it first thing in the morning to avoid this negative feedback loop, but do we really know the true half life of HGH? I've read from 4h to 12h...
Does that mean that injecting in the afternoon would blunt our night HGH pulse? it's dose dependent?
I'd like to clarify this point since internet is full of 'broscience' in this topic.
