Had to drop mk677 and dac. Just couldn't stop eating and all bloated was messing up my BJJ.
New plan:
AM: Cjc no DAC 100mcg with 75mcg hex. ~ cardio fasted.
Pre workout: cjc no DAC 100mcg +300mcg ipamorelin
Pre bed: same as above
This will be done EOD
The other days will be 6iu HGH pre bed
I'm thinking the Hgh will keep IGF levels at supra physiological levels, and I can time the pulses to manipulate maximal fatty acid lipolysis and focus on lots of activity in the 1-2 hours post GHrP pulse.
Also, I have fucked up my circadian rhythm, so the hex will help spike cortisol in the morning and I can use phosphatidylserine and ashwaganda to get it down in the evening
