gh dosing question

i kno most ppl refer to there dosage as how many iu's a day which is common with ppl on and off this board.. my question is since most gh is supplied in mg/ml ex: norditropin pen 10mg/1.5ml would 1mg every day be enough of a does obviously there are other factors that are needed for the correct dosage for a person but just generally speaking
