Have a bad shoulder injury for 12-13 years, hurt it doing 1 rep max bench press.
Couldn't bench for over a year, then finally started again and went heavier in 6 rep range and hurt it again..
Stopped bench press for past few years, then last couple weeks started again, and tried moderate weight for 10-11 reps, and hurt it again..
Lots of pain.
Been on GH for 3+ years and it helps other nagging injuries, but not my shoulder...
Any PEPs that will really help?

You may need to see and orthopedic guy who specializes in shoulders. Sports med guys at larger universities. Non healing injuries may need surgical intervention. Have u had MRI done?

Go to the doctor first.

Ask JJ as well, he is going through the same thing and told me his "healing protocol". I cant remember it lol hes a mad scientist.

I have nothing to back this up, but I believe you have to supplement with some form of collagen/gelatin to aid in GH/peptide's increased collagen synthesis.

BPC-157 and TB-500 will work wonders. Check out the peptides forum it's full of information from guys who have used both for similar injuries.

Been using that combo(tb500/bpc) myself for a small quad tear, and some bicep pain from squatting. So far so good. Quad healed exceptionally fast.

I was going to suggest the same!
These are made just for this reason.
Havn't researched them myself but those i know who have said they worked very well!
ESP the TB-500!
Not to much feedback on the BPC yet i would reaserch somemore and use them both if you like what you find after reading first hand accounts!

In high school I tore my rotator cuff. Athletic trainer said it was a dislocation.

Lived with that kind of pain for almost 15 years. Went to the doc, got an MRI.

He said my rotator cuff was 90% torn and looked like frayed fettuchini (sp?) The long flat noodle.

Much better since I got it repaired.

I would recommend talking to your doctor.

Tears that are not surgically repaired do not heal -Labral and or rotator cuff. They feel better at times due to reduced inflammation and muscle tension or spasm. Regardless of collagen synthesis increase, If you have a labral tear, that is just kind of hanging there unattached, collagen synthesis will not magically reattach it. HGH and anabolic will aid in the healing once they are surgically reattached, if they are in fact torn. Drugs will not cure a true rupture or tear, if it is serious. If its been bad for 10-12 years, something is there. Only a specialist and an MRI can give you your answer.

I have had shoulder issues for over ten years. I was recently dx'd with a labral tear and a rotator cuff tear. HGH won't fix it, Deca won't fix it. If I decide one day to get surgery, I will definitely utilize those drugs. The specialist told me that the tears will not heal themselves, but he feels that I can avoid surgery for now and continue lifting. The initial pain is due to acute inflammation, when the pain goes it does not mean anything has actually healed. I am done thinking that drugs will heal me, when they won't. They will make me stronger though, which does make the injured area much more functional

:yeahthat:

250-500mcg BPC-157 injected directly into the point of pain everyday with a slin pin at 1/4-1/2 inch depth.

Effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on rotator cuff tear injury in rat (844.9)

Abstract

The rotator cuff musculature imparts dynamic stability to the glenohumeral joint. In particular, the balance between the subscapularis anteriorly and the infraspinatus posteriorly, often referred to as the rotator cuff "force couple," is critical for concavity compression and concentric rotation of the humeral head. Our goal was to determine the effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on rotator cuff tear injury in rat model. 48 rats underwent detachment of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus and were randomly assigned to control and pentadecapeptide BPC 157 group. BPC 157 animals were regularly treated with pentadecapeptide BPC 157 (10µg/kg) intraperitoneally, control animals got equivalent volume of saline. Animals were observed during experiment and were sacrificed 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after the surgery. Macroscopic observation (muscle atrophy (m(non-operated m triceps)/m-operated(m triceps)), movement range, front leg length) and functional analysis (walk pattern (SFI), front limb muscle strength (weightlifting time) were performed. In animals treated with pentadecapeptide BPC 157 was observed total functional recovery similar to healthy animals, along with supraspinate and infraspinate tendon healing. In controls, mobility rage, muscle strength, and leg length were reduced compared to pentadecapeptide BPC 157 treated animals. In conclusion, pentadecapeptide BPC 157 could be successfully used in healing and functional recovery of rotator cuff tear injury.

You pep guru's never fail to amaze me with the vast amount of knowledge!
Jeeze we should start an on-line AAS/BodyBuilding school and have guys like JJB, RussianStar , be the professors!

If someone could only get one then definitely BPC-157. That has been shown to be most effective from the data I have observed. Although I would definitely use both. BPC-157 at 250-500mcg each day directly into the injured area and TB-500 sub-q at 500mcg each day.

A buddy of mine tore his quad tendon and had to have his quad reattached well he was doing rehab and the therapist miss read the drs orders and started him on weighted leg lifts 4 weeks early and now he's stuck in a knee immobilizor for an additional 6 weeks when he was suppose to get a walking brace.

Would something like this help? He's already running gh.

That is bad. Something like this should definitely help. There are threads on both products and guys with alsorts of injuries saying they have worked wonders. Everyone is different but literally with this combo I have only seen great reviews. I haven't used them myself so can't personally comment. I don't like recommending things I have never used (never usually do it but feel safe recommending this). I have literally read (and know about 10 guys) loads of positive reviews all over the net. This combo would be much more effective than HGH for injury repair but all 3 should have him back to normal fast.

He's to the point where he'd give his left nut to be out of the immobilizor so it's worth a try either way.

Thanks bro
