There are a lot of things with these peptides we thought sounded logical on paper, but turned out to be opposite later on.
Currently I am doing 8mg DAC a week split into two shots.
MK most days.
I will do 75mcg of Hex or 200-300mcg of GHRP 2 prior to each of my 2x a day workouts.
1.5iu GH 4x a day.
Many say taking another GHRP with MK is a waste. They are both GHRPs so would it not be any different than just taking MORE of a single GHRP like we do with the others? We thought 100mcg GHRP was saturation dose in the early days. Any more was a waste. Then we find that is not so much the case. I can use MK and DAC for continual GH release and then double up the spike prior to a workout with another GHRP and then a synthetic GH 30 mins later.
Also take 600mg green tea extract 3x a day and 200mg huperzine 2-3x a day. Just a tiny 2.5mg melatonin at night.
Are they saying it is counter productive bc synthetic gh cause a shut down or slowing of natural gh production awhile peptides are trying to cause an accelerated release of your natural gh?
