IGF LR3 and Insulin

Can I take IGF LR3 and Insulin same day? Some say yes and some say no. I take my IGF post workout and then 15min later I take my insulin. Can someone please help me? Thx :banghead:

Great protocol if you are gonna use them together.

I have done this before and always do slin pre workout then 6 hours later after slin is completely gone, I will shoot IGF into localized muscles trained. IMO it doesn't matter if it's later like pre bed, just be careful if your sensitive to LR3 then take some carbs in with it for hypo purposes.

I do both ever other day. 15 minutes before I go to the gym I do 10iu insulin and 50mcg IGF-1 Lr3 along with a protein shake. I drink about 75mg of dextrose in Crystal lite while I am training and afterward drink a protein shake.
