They would be safe (the typical ones we post about a lot) but I wouldn't recommend them. I would tell your friend to tell him to wait until he is a little older. Sure he would get results but totally unneeded at 19.

As elvia says not needed, but not supressive either. Probably get a small benifit but won't be like us old timers who make next to no gh without them. I'm assuming were talking about ghrp mod grf etc.

Pretty much what I told him I thought. Kids now a days want an easy fix I garuntee his diet and training are sub par. No one wants to put in the time and work.
