What would be a good Sarm/ peptide cycle to increase endurance?
i'm currently into kettlebell training. Some muscle mass gains are acceptable but endurance & recovery is what i really need. That is also my main reason to post in the peptide section instead of the normal cycle one. From what I see the peptides are less about buiding muscle mass but more as "add - on" to retain what you have gained using normal cycles.
A kettlebell workout of 30 - 45 mins really drains all energy out of my body to the point where I have issues recovering even after an 8 hour sleep.
I guess being 37 is actually "old" to do crazy shit like that.
Some advice from your more advanced users would be helpfull so i can conduct some further research before starting it up.
