Is it just me or does this shit create insane muscle pumps? I just started the Big A Contest prep training from his article. I did morning cardio and then bicep and tricep super sets. I was having trouble putting my ear bugs in my ear to listen to music. Maybe it's something I ate last night at my parents house. I think I'm also up about 8 pounds of water. If that's actually what is going on, great. Just starting a 12 week cut so I don't give a damn about water retention right now but, if this is what is causing it, I can see why it would make sense to drop the MK towards the end or switch to something else.
