long story short I played baseball and injured my shoulder. I was in pain, and I could not raise it more than 90 degrees, or it'd hurt like a bitch. It clicked a lot and something was just off. I thought it was a rotator cuff injury. never did Xrays or anything

I gave BPC 157 a shot and fucking AMAZED !!

250mg ED in the shoulder. After a few days, pain's gone. I can raise it more than 90 degree again.

I don't know if it's placebo or what, but whatever it was, it worked

I just reordered a few more bottles...I only ran it for a couple of weeks at 250mcg ED before I had to skip out to South America for a couple weeks (severe elbow tendonitis..... MRI confirmed).... I felt like it was improving but the pain didn't fully subside...at about 80% now.... started up again at 500mcg ED this time...... is that too much???

Good question....I was having elbow pain in both elbows so I used 250 per side.
Shot it into my forearms just below the elbow and a couple days later I'm pain free. I'm sticking with higher reps for a few weeks for tricep work just to ensure all is good.

I'm wondering how this stuff would do for general healing. I'm having light gyno surgery and wonder if it's even worth using this post surgery. I don't have any studies showing anything about that type of recovery but for my shoulders it's amazing stuff.

BPC157 works so fast it's mind blowing. One of the best peptides on the market.

Put it in both sites of pain. It will work systemically but that would require a much higher dose.

I run 250-500mcg per site depending on my mood. 250mcg per site seems to be sufficient.

4 weeks on then off 2-3 weeks before you start it again if your situation is still irritating you.

I only use it until the injury heals. Anything that accelerates healing and tissue growth will also speed up negative tissue growth if present. Use BPC157 when it's needed, not chronically.

Same here. BPC-157 works systemically but that would require much higher doses like we use with TB-500. It's most cost effective, and effective in general by injecting it locally at the wound site.
