I have been taking my lr3 prebed from anywhere for 50-100mcg. The results have been great especially since I'm doing a semi altered carb backloading plan. Gaining weight and getting leaner.

My question is this. Is anyone else taking it this way and is it giving them horrible night sweats? I am sweating my ass of all night.

I notice Igf1-Lr3 at 30mcg subQ gets me super energized so I've been taking it preworkout.

If you're sweating hard then your metabolism is on fire and you're burning mad fat.

Ha ha I gotta agree I'm burning fat and I'm a naturally slow metab guy. I just wish it didn't effect my sleep.

I haven't tried it yet the results prebed are so great I hate to change. I also like to take my peps and growth pre workout as to help with staying lean. I very well May try this here soon though and switch the growth to prebed.

Sounds good. When you feel like a change I would definitely try it pre workout and the HGH pre bed. But if it ain't broke don't fix it :)
