I accidentally froze 5mg DAC after recon,any good still ??

It should be fine. It's repeated freeze and thawing that will degrade it.

It's fine. I freeze my peps if if not using them that month. Let them sit out a couple hours before mixing them

Freezing it after recibstitution may break apart the amino acid bond of the peptide because water expands when frozen. Take it and see if you feel any of the typical sides. I always get very tired after taking DAC.

Freezing peptides that are unreconstituted is fine. The OP said he froze it after it was mixed which is a mistake. Live and learn.

Yeah for sure, I only EVER freeze them before mixed as a precaution. Not sure why anyone would freeze them after mixing? How you supposed to take draw from it? Lol

It might be ok. Obviously the op made an error and no big deal. At least it was just 1 vial and not all of them!

Thank 4 the help,definately a mistake, just moved into a new apartment,nothing in the drive but CJC,it was a little to cold and wham,frozen lol.by the way,same sides after use,intence flushing,then right to sleep.

I've heard some people freeze after reconstituting but only single shots as the repeated freeze and thaw will damage it. But you only did it once and it is a small vial. Good sign you still felt the sides.

should be fine CJC1295 DAC is a small molecule you have to worry when polypeptides get bigger adn their folded structure is the key to activity. Something that is 6 or so amino acids long will find it's shape again without issue.
