I'm 34yo, 175cm heigh, and 100kg weight. I'm training over 15 years.
My training day look this:
6am wake up and immediately bcaa+glutamine
6:15am cardio 30min
6:45am after cardio immediately first meal
7am - 5pm work and of course 2/3 meals
8pm training (gym or crossfit or bjj) - I know it's late but I couldn't change this
9:15pm carbo and cardio after traing (if gym)
10:30pm last meal, after training
11:30pm going to sleep
I know that this is not usually training day for most people but I couldn't change this and I have to figure out how and what I should take for first time with peptides. I would like to achive:
- fat lost about 3-4kg - before summer
- increase muscle mass, denisty, definition + 3-4kg
- healing small injuries - usually after bjj
So, I want to left 100kg but better definition and smaller amount of fat.
My first idea after read couple huge articles is:
ghrp-2 100mcg x 3 (morning, afternoon, after training/before bed)
GRF 1-29 100mcg x2 (morning, night)
My questions are:
1) Is it enought for first time user or it's not make sense and I have to rise dose?
2) Is it good bulk or better change something (hexarelin, ipam)?
3) How to dose at night/after training. I ending excersie about 10pm and going to sleep 11:30. Take last dose after training or before bed?
4) Mornig dose before cardio or after cardio?
5) Could I add to this 100/200mcg test enan once a week?
