Good protocol. Although I would dose the hgh about 15 mins after the peptides.

Anything over 100mcg cjc no DAC is a waste of it. 100mcg is the best dose for maximum benefits. 200mcg ghrp6 is a good dose.
The GH pulse from the GHRP/cjc is rising after 8 minutes post injection. The best time to take your synthetic HGH is 10-20 minutes after the ghrp6/cjc no DAC.
HumalinR doesn't kick in for around 30 minutes so it's cool to take it when you take your HGH. I typically wait a half hour though.

Insulin is so anabolic you'll actually lean out if you don't consume fats while the insulin is present in your system. I used it the entire precontest to my first show and it's the only show that I had glute striations in. I consumed no fat though. I ate primarily chicken breasts and steamed white rice.

How did you run your slin if you don't mind me asking? I know lots of people do it pre breakfast and or pre/post workout... To many people saying one ways better then the other but just curious
