I was considering adding GH frag to my contest prep as I will not be using GH, affordability issue.
My plan would be,
Wake up, take 500mcg gh frag, helios/fat burner/yohimbine, and drink amino acids during fasted cardio. It would be close to two hours before I would eat my first meal.
Is gh frag really effective though, or a waste and not worth it? Would I be better with something like Hex + cjc?
