What do you guys do to keep water retention bloat from gh down (in addition to dietary measures)?

Sorry vitamin c 2g am 2g pm should keep all the water off at least in my experience.

I'll give the vit c thing a try. Unless I'm on a strict TRT dose I always carry extra water -- even on tren.

Lots of potassium and 5 grams of vitamin C throughout the day. Also pinning into delt before bed always helps me. If I shoot in morning I will bloat more within a few hours.

Yeah, I bloat on anything. Nice and lean in the morning. Bloated belly at night. Currently only on 150/150/150 test/tren/mast short esters. Going to try 3gm vitamin c tomorrow.

Sounds like that's just carb bloat ... Hmm. To really find out try a keto diet and drop test, run tren ace only. I do bloat from tren I am one of the rare few and it sucks ass . I get every possible side from it imaginable anyway so it's not worth it either way.

Other option you can try is dandelion root , I always get rebound water quickly though so I can't stand it

I do nothing, I wait for my body to become accustom and then the bloat goes away, you could try not to consume heavy amounts of carbs during the 2-3 hours after injection of gh, personally I love the bloat I get on gh, if your like 8-12%bf and you bloat on hgh all it does is make you look 3D and huge

Bloat does dissipate for most part after 4 weeks in my experience , but thick thick film of water covering abs and puffy-ish face is not cool. Intracellular water is great gives 3D look but SQ water can go it makes me look like shit
