Anyone get hand numbness from Syntherol

This is so strange, but every time I run Syntherol, I wake up with my right hand going completely numb and tingling all night long. During the day it is fine and never happens. I'm currently hitting traps and am wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I remember last year when hitting bi's I hit a nerve and pushed past the pain so I'm thinking it could have done some damage but how is this possible from the traps?
