Female needs Thymosin advice

I am a female former National top 3 figure competitor. Quit competing 3 years ago and all gear also. Was considering using thymosin because I was in an accident 20 years ago where I fractured a lower vertebrae. My posture suffers due to muscle spasms mostly in my upper traps which are over-developed and I never work them. I have had lots of therapy and prolotherapy which works temporarily. I understand that thymosin relaxes these spasms but I can't find much information about dosage and how long I would need this.

The typical Thymosin Beta 4 protocol is to take 2mg subQ every 3 days for 6 weeks, at which time levels will peak in the body. At that point you only need a maintenance dose of 2mg per month, I believe.
