Odd looking PT-141

I received some PT-141 from a sponsor here. I've never used this stuff before so I was unsure as to what it was supposed to look like. Most peptides come as a lypholized puck, or a fluffy/pillowy mass in the bottom of the vial. The PT-141 I received was just a tiny hard piece of solid crust about the size of pencil lead in the bottom of the vial. It looked like a white BB rolling around. When I went to add the Bac, it wouldn't dissolve. After a few hours it was partially dissolved, but still had floaters in it. Needless to say, I didn't take it. Did I get a bad vial?

Sometimes companies choose not to add fillers to the vial which gives you what appears to be an empty vial with maybe a tiny spec of clear crust on the bottom of the vial. The powder you see in peptide vials is just fillers added to make you think there is a peptide in the vial. Suppliers have found that people get paranoid when they can't see something in the vial.
I would email the company and ask them if that's normal.
