I take 10 mg when I wake up and 10 pre workout or 5 pm. It gives me energy. Tastes like shit though. I'm like 10 days in. Noticing benefits

Ain't gonna lie...bad stim junkie. Still buy raw DMAA to add to my pres and use Clen way higher and often then I should. Hopefully this gives me a bump the whole run
