Your total test is pretty low for 500mg/week. Most guys get the score you have on 200mg/week.donate some blood to lower your hematocrit .

Your cholesterol ratio is unhealthy. Also you have thick blood, i.e. hematocrit is high, and red blood cell count is on the high end of normal as well. Keep an eye on blood pressure. Have you checked your BP lately?

BP is gtg i check it often

it was high...had to start taking carditone which brought it down to 120/80 give or take.

Going to start giving blood as well

I'd stop taking 10mg of aromasin ED and switch to 25mg twice a week

If you have been on gear a long time you may metabolize it faster. At 500mg test I'm at 1600'ish total test and >50 free test yet when I did my first cycle back in 2003 at 500mg test I was at 3200 total test. I take 1mg Adex MWF and my estrogen is in the mid 20's also it's impossible or very rare to not have elevated rbc's and hematocrit on eq. Your hemoglobin isn't bad though and #'s are very normal for eq. Just donate blood every 2months and they will greatly improve. Also if you were dehydrated when bloods were draw which is common b/c your fasting that greatly impacts levels.

As for blood-pressure the systolic number is far more important than the diastolic #.

As for cholesterol the most important thing to watch is triglycerides which your numbers are good. HDL is not very important at all and almost everyone using steroids or even HRT has a low HDL. Try supplementing with 500 mg twice a day of citrus bergamot, 6g fish oil, 8000iu liquid vitamin D and jarrow formulas ubiquinol(100mg 2x per day) this should improve your HDL and LDL but typically LDL is affected more by diet so if you're not eating clean that could be the reason. Also even if you are bulking definitely add 2 to 3 days a week of HIT cardio.

As for estrogen that seems way too low and you're not going to build any muscle with no estrogen and you will have side effects as well.

You probably don't even need an anti-estrogen As your test levels are not that high but definitely lower it. Aromasin needs to be taken every day as it has a short half-life so if you are going to stick with it I think you should cut your dose down by 75% and use it everyday which is going to be hard unless it's in liquid form.maybe get another estrogen only blood test I highly doubt it will be elevated at all. Personally I would switch to arimasin since it has a longer half-life and use .25 mg three times a week

The half life of exemstane is 25-27 hours which isn't exactly what I'd call a short half life. That's about half the time of the common non suicide inhibitor AI's but still many people use exemstane eod or less often and do just fine.
