Generic Hgh Blue top questions first time user

Hey pro muscle guys

I've been using aas and have been training for about 6 years and competing for the last 2 years.

I've never used hgh

I've got some brucegroup generics

I'm going to use these in just a few weeks when I start my off season training.

Now I've been competing mens physique, but this off season I will most likely train for the classic physique division.

Does anyone have recommendations for dosages with this gh?
I was planning on starting using 4iu per day.
Pinning anywhere from 2-4 times per day splitting the dosage up.

I was planning on also doing 5 days on 2 days off.

Running it for a year, will increase dose if need be.
Looking for some advice or a critique though guys I'm all ears because I'm about to pop my gh cherry

Your going to get many different answers on your question here so use that information to decide what's best for you.
I take my GH once per day at 4pm didn't notice any benefit from splitting it up.
You will want to start with 2iu per day for a few days to see how your body reacts to it.
With blue tops 5iu is all I can handle anything over that and my hands hurt to much.
5 on 2 off makes no sense to me I take 4iu every day!

At only 4iu a day there's no reason to split. 5+ maybe split it up 6-8 I would say for sure split it up.

5/2 there's no reason other than to save money

Caplin is right on the money,start low and work up slowly.4 ius will make a big difference over time.

Yeah, better to go daily. I believe the 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off came about "back in the day" when only pharma GH was available and this was used to stretch out the GH and save money. With cheaper generics easily available, and if you can afford it, go daily or at least 6 on 1 off.

Id agree with 4iu daily there is no need to split dosage. Ive done it both ways too and didn't notice any benefit with splitting dosage. Id also run it 7 days.
Generics are cheap enough. No need to ration it. (if you can afford to $$)

If you have the extra money I would get bloodwork before you start & a month into your cycle.Should only cost $100 to $150
