Hernia surgery

Hey guys..I was curious if any peptides such a tb500 would be worth using to help my recovery time post umbilical hernia surgery. I'd like to not be out 2 weeks from the gym

I think 2mg TB-500 subQ EOD would help accelerate healing. I'd also take 10-25mg MK677 before bed as it speeds up my healing big time.

I had my umbilical hernia repaired and was lifting weights 9 days later. Cardio I was doing only 3 days post surgery. Just be smart and always wear a belt with a towel wrapped around it over your belly to stabilize it with pressure. I was told by my surgeon to wear the weight belt backwards so the fat part was over my belly and with a towel wrapped around it for added pressure. Stick to machines.

how long to wear the belt like that? how long for machines? a certain amount of time or always? just curious.
