Mk no gw from my experience yes. Gw is also fucking garbage pushed by sarms companies cause they make money from it since they can't sell PHs any more. GW is by far the most useless thing I've used does nothing but lower bp.

MK-677 is great on and off cycle. It's great to help retain gains post cycle. Don't be surprised if you put weight and strength on.

so no fat loss from the gw, i thought it helped with cholesterol, didnt see anything on it lowering bp?

It supposed to make cardiovascular health better too, that's what it lowered my bp. I didn't lose much fat on it and spent a ton of money. Imo to shed fat dnp, t3, tren, test then drop the dnp continue the t3 up the tren add an oral, then drop the t3 add in clen and other thyroid recovery products. Will be way way more effective than gw and not gonna cost a shit ton per bottle.

He's in pct so no gear, t3 or dnp. So best for him would be clen and mk

Yes they could help retain your gains during PCT, but mainly the MK. Just make sure you grab it from a good pep company.

I've used the GW but like SLR said its pretty useless, it did help with cardio somewhat but that could've also been attributed to going from 750 test to 200mgs. No fat loss whatsoever and that's with cardio and diet, which i do year round.

you noticed no VO2 benefits ? i see them Daily on GW
whereas 20minutes seems like 5 minutes on a stair master at moderate intensity
run it at 20mg per day divided into two doses

Source is everything when it comes to anything we take. There are a lot of crap products coming from research companies so it's unfair to judge a drug after using just 1 brand. Sure some people may just not like a particular drug though. I can't personally say as I have never used it but I know loads of guys who love GW. Many of them mention what you did plus the health benefits it can bring too (cholesterol). I would say from my experience great/good reviews are at about 75% and bad ones at 25%.

ive used gw cycles only and i was happy with the endurance. its not a waste IMO

That is prob from less stress on heart from lowered bp and HR. Itpp/dmg works a lot better
