Looking to ease into this as it boasts crazy endurance and fat loss. What should my concerns be? Will my heart be racing? Blood sugar levels? Someone mentioned needing to eat more. I'm already at a deficit trying to lose some weight. I want to be as cautious and safe as possible can. Is this ok to use in high intensity training such as crossfit ? It's paleo right. .bahahaha
