BPC-157 or TB500 for knee tendinitis?

I've had knee tendinitis for a couple years now and it's really limiting on certain exercises like quad extensions and squats. Am considering using peptides for my knees but am not sure where to start. There seem to be conflicting views on which is more ideal of a peptide for tendinitis.

If someone who has experience with these 2 peptides or tendinitis with peptides could chime in I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
 
Hey man, if the pain you're experiencing is on the patellar tendon, just below the kneecap, aka jumper's knee, I just wanted to give you a little advice before you go blowing a bunch of money on peptides. A lot of the time this pain is experienced due to a muscular imbalance. Get really aggressive with hip flexor stretching, and seriously up the volume on hamstring training. Give it its own day, like back/hamstrings. At least 12 sets. Wear neoprene knee sleeves in the meantime to keep your knees warm on quads day, I used to wear mine 20 when I left the house to go lift, so when I got there, they were already hot. I had what was diagnosed as patellar tendonitis for over 10 years, and I made these changes almost a year ago. Now the only time I have knee pain is when I miss hamstring training for a couple weeks. Just some friendly advice. Give it a month before you call bullshit. Good luck!

I tore my meniscus a few times and had two surgeries... I think this is what is causing my knee pain. Any other useful tips?
