Fast until 12pm(last meal 10pm so 14hr fast)
Train at 2pm
Post training
750mg Ipam/150mcg cjc no dac
15min later 1.5iu Humatrope
Pre Bed DSIP and 1.5iu Humatrope
May add some Igf-des 50mcg 3x per week mid training
