i've read the healing peptides such as BPC-157 and TB-500 have done wonders for some. TB-500 is a synthetic fraction of the protein thymosin beta-4, which is present in nearly all human and animal cells. it promotes healing through the creation of new blood and muscle cells. maybe injecting it and BPC-157 into surrounding area can do what you need for results. HGH as well. in the mean time i would consume gelatin hydrolysate and copper and good whole foods (pile on the fruits and vegetables) with plenty of protein.

I've had the best luck with BPC157. You can inject BPC157 near the area that exhibits the most discomfort. If it is going to do anything you should notice some relief in a few days. TB500 to me takes a few weeks to notice and you need to run it at least 2mg week in my experience. If funds allow I would try both together. If I could only choose one I would go with BPC157 over TB500 as it seems to offer better results. I have arthritis in my shoulder and every time it flares up I just hit it with BPC for a few days and it settles right back down. Now I did notice reduced inflammation when running TB500 at 2mg weekly but the $ quickly adds up.

if you can keep from putting as much weight as usual then probably that would be best.
