Sarm side issues?

I was just curious if anyone had the same issues I have been having regarding sarms and certain sides.

I have taken lgd from one company for one month and got nothing from it, not gains nor sides. Bought another bottle from a popular respected source and the liquid had particles floating around that, from what the company said, is normal. But I felt very tired from it after one dose and it seemed to get worse each day until I stopped.

I bought some gw and s4 from another trusted source and for some reason it seemed to me me up big time with anxiety and headaches and just feeling out of it.

I am taking Ritalin also. Does the Ritalin have anything to do with this? Any ides would be helpful. I have read numerous posts of how I should not be getting sides like this with sarms.

Lower the dose if you are experiencing lethargy brother. Lethargy is a common side effect with hormone use. I know sarms aren't hormones per se but they do activate the same receptors so in theory they work the same. Take the GW and S4 separately and see which is doing what and adjust dose to avoid the sides.

I've been taking 15mg LGD 4033 and I have not had any sides from it. What dose were you taking? At 10mg, I didn't notice much so I bumped it up to 15mg. I've noticed some strength gains at this dose.
