Protocol for my scneario

I am 6 weeks out for a local contest. I am down to pretty much no carbs now. For peps etc. I am taking 10 mg MK-677 and 300/100 IPAM/mod before bed.
I am also running DNP 250mg EOD.

I have GH, LR3 and frag in hand that I would like to incorporate possibly.
I just got GH to include in my long term trt at 2iu ed but would like to start right away to help with the contest, maybe at 3.3iu ed.

I plan on dropping the mk 2 weeks out and GH 1 week out.

I am lifting in the afternoon and will be incorporating low intensity cardio in the morning.
What would be the optimal protocol to run these to maximize fat loss? Should I save the LR3 for after the contest considering I am on no carb and am also taking some DNP?
 
none of these compounds are really gonna help you with "fat loss"
at 6 weeks out....except dnp....clen perhaps

i assume you are behind is why your asking.......up the cardio
and stay keto. couple iu a day could help with keeping your
metab. up allowing you to use some carbs for filling out.

you should be stage ready in 4 weeks.
 
best plan is don't add or change anything if you're on track and looking good, im a little worried if you're on DNP at this stage you're not really doing the diet so well but not my issue

does the Mk-677 make you hold water? id definitely consider dropping that 4 weeks out as i hear that the most often it causes water retention

add two a day cardio always worked great for me AM fasted and PM before bed

since you are not on HGH now id not introduce it since you dont know if it will cause water retention, save it for after the contest

IGF, while you might think its a good idea since it can cause some good cellular fluid to make you look round and it blocks glucose from moving into the cells forcing fat to be burned it will be rather unpleasant during a low carb diet . wait and start those after

but if you refuse to listen to reason and will do something anyways and are seeking the fastest fat loss model try this


HGH - if you just started don't rush to a high dose it just causes side effects, 2 IU AM when cortisol is highest

50 mcgs LR3 daily with meal 2 assuming it has some carbs

50 mcgs Lr3 post workout on lift days

Yes I am a little behind.

However the main reason for my question is that I already have these compounds in hand and I have to use these at some point. Why not see if some can be utilized now to optimize the results?

Also, I should rephrase my question. I am looking at fat loss as a secondary benefit with these compounds(with diet, cardio, dnp already being utilized) - other than frag which is exclusively for fat loss.

I am holding some water on mk-677 but I am only on 10 mg and it has helped with sleep, muscle fullness, recovery and some joint issues. I would drop it 2 weeks out. That's why I am excited to see what actual GH will do.

I will save the lr3 for after the contest but plan on running GH at 2iu a day.

That leaves frag, and I am looking for optimal ways to use it alongside GH.

I follow IF and eat my first meal at noon. What would be an optimal protocol to use GH and frag for fasted cardio.

1. GH 2iu first thing in the morning - frag 15-20 min later followed by cardio.
2. frag first thing in the morning - GH 15-20 min later followed by cardio.
3. frag first thing in the morning followed by cardio - GH before the first meal.
