I am 6 weeks out for a local contest. I am down to pretty much no carbs now. For peps etc. I am taking 10 mg MK-677 and 300/100 IPAM/mod before bed.
I am also running DNP 250mg EOD.
I have GH, LR3 and frag in hand that I would like to incorporate possibly.
I just got GH to include in my long term trt at 2iu ed but would like to start right away to help with the contest, maybe at 3.3iu ed.
I plan on dropping the mk 2 weeks out and GH 1 week out.
I am lifting in the afternoon and will be incorporating low intensity cardio in the morning.
What would be the optimal protocol to run these to maximize fat loss? Should I save the LR3 for after the contest considering I am on no carb and am also taking some DNP?
