What to do with MK 677 powder?

I done gh before for about 2 years about 10 years ago now but couldnt it afford now. Been reading about sarms but mainly MK 677 so very new to it all!
I read a lot about it and went and bought the 1g powder form as it was cheaper!

Can someone help with what to do with the powder form please?

Do i need to change it to liquid from or can I just take the powder form with a 10-15mg scoop x2? easier if i can

I have read a lot about the protocols but havent seen anything on just taking the powdered form

it works better, bio availability wise with everclear or propylene glycol as the solvent.

you hold it under your tongue for a minute or two, then swallow - beware the everclear though, shit burns like a mofo resting under your tongue lol

You can weight the powder out every time and just take it with juice or make a liquid.

30mg/ml - 30mg
.750g MK677
28.25ml PEG 300
1ml Everclear

All it all in a glass beaker and look it on very low heat for about 7min or until a clear light yellow. You will end up with 30ml of MK677 @ 25mg/ml. It taste like shit but easier to deal with.

I have used propylene glycol a few times on different SARMS including MK677. They go into solution for a while but as they cool they start crystallizing or remain as a creamy substance (GW1516). So I quit using propylene glycol. It does tase better however.

Like listed above suspend them like you do oral aas. You will have to shake each time before use

I also read you can use olive oil as a carrier and just use a dropper!
If so how much oilve oil for 1grm and what way would i need to store it please?
Im thinking i should of just bought it in pill form now!:banghead:

you can mix it into wine and make oral liquid

Another option is to blend it inside your whey protein.
