I want to run the following, what would be a perfect set up.
Im a female late 20's. No stranger to gh, mk, or log, but never used any lr3.
On a training day how would you put all that together when training midday? I use the Mike A protocal with slin, but when do I throw in the lr3 and how do you eat for it? Can I have fats also or carbs protein only like slin?
Goal is to recomp. I train 3xaweek, more so PL style and would do the humalog and lr3 on those days only.
