I want to run the following, what would be a perfect set up.

Im a female late 20's. No stranger to gh, mk, or log, but never used any lr3.

On a training day how would you put all that together when training midday? I use the Mike A protocal with slin, but when do I throw in the lr3 and how do you eat for it? Can I have fats also or carbs protein only like slin?

Goal is to recomp. I train 3xaweek, more so PL style and would do the humalog and lr3 on those days only.

I will be running a log with this go :)
 
I have not used LR3 only Des pre-workout in the past. But LR3 has a half life of 20-24hrs so in theory injection time would not matter. I'll let others chime in with their specific experiences though.
 
I would do the HGH and mk77 in the morning upon wake up, the insulin pre-workout right before your pre-workout meal
Then immediately pre-workout dose the lr3. I personally like to Jose the insulin and the lr3 Pre-Workout, for the amazing pumps it will give you in the gym just make sure you have something sugary on hand..

I have always used insulin and IGF-1 Lr3 before training. I would personally start off the insulin at very low doses 1iu and work up slowly I use 10-15iu now and never have a problem. The reason I use the combination before training is it helps cause cellular expansion thus hypertrophy by helping your training super-compensate the muscle cell with aminos, glycogen and water (huge pumps). I also use GH before training.

In the past I used peptides with GH to reduce the amount of GH I need buy over a year ago I switched to MK677. Much more effective than peptides and one less injection to have to do.

So if you train 3 day/wk include insulin and IGF-1 3 days a week. The GH and MK677 are every day. I also like throwing in some PEG MGF on non training days.

Diet, if you are on a high protein diet you will be fine. I also don't chug down a bunch of carbs before I use insulin. I do take a mix of 100mg dextrose and Crystal Lite (1/2 gal) with me and drink that while I train. Never been hypo. But I believe it is common to include 10mg of carbs for every iu of insulin. If you don't get those carbs in, I can promise you with go hypo in about 30 minutes.
