Humalog pre and post w/o

Have any of you guys tried humalog pre and post workout? also did you use gh

yes of course, for some people pre-w = good pump during workout, but for me i think its best to inj. it at the end of workout to make sure that all nutrients goes up in muscle !

Have tried pre and post

Like you said GH pre
And slin post in those dosages is perfect

I like pre and post @5/5 but I don't always run it like that.

I usually start off post, then move to pre then to both.

Both is usually at the peak of the cycle.

Instead of using humalog pre and post just use novolin r pre. It would be the same thing.

Do you know novolin r's half life? Would novolin r be better than humulin r? With humulin r you could just do one injection pre as well and it'd last throughout workout into post workout window

Novolin R and humulin R are the same. It's active for 5-6hrs and peaks multiple times throughout the duration.

I prefer the higher spikes and better control.

I have mixed them for multiple spikes.

Yes, 10iu pre and 10iu post with 15g/g CHO I also do GH post.

I used to do GH post as well until I ran across this vid. It's Dr Sorrano with Meadows holding the camera.

He explains about timing of GH around training. It starts more around 2:50 and goes in a little more depth around 3:35.

Novolin R and humulin R are the same. It's active for 5-6hrs and peaks multiple times throughout the duration.

I though humalog was 5hrs. First peak 15-30min 2nd peak 60-90min then still active for 3hrs after.
