how to "pct" for insulin?

Currently I'm on 30-40iu slin a day and planned to do so for about 4 weeks. Allready gained about 18 pounds (als bit of rebound from cutting) in 1,5 week so I really like the results so far.

Of course with this much slin everyday insulin sensitivity will decrease faster than it would with only a few units preWO so that's why a limit it to 4 weeks. (Or would ya go a little longer ?)

Of course you don't really need any pct for slin like I joked in the title of my post, but I can imagine you can speed up recovery, right?
I was thinking to go low carb high fat, keep protein the same to increase insulin sensitivity. Good idea? How many weeks?

Other tips ?
 
Use it preworkout only brother, that's my opinion if you are after recovery. Use it with gh or gh peptides to create an anabolic environment during training.

No, I'm not talking about recovery from training. Also I have no questions about how to use insulin or what to stack with it.

I think my post wasn't clear or something so I'll refrase my question:
What is the fastest way to increase insulin sensitivity after ceasing insulin use ?
 
In a nutshell, fasting, cardio, metformin, keto dieting, etc, etc. If you are using slin you should know this.

Yes I know these things, but looking for more methods/supplements.
Metformin fucks with my sleep pattern and upsets my stomach so that's of the list.

I was also thinking about lowering carbs for a while after my run with insulin. Why would you go keto? That seems counterproductive while I'm on a bulking cycle. Finally getting over the 300 lbs mark so I don't want to lose my new muscle.

Also thinks like gymnema sylvestra and benfotiamine have cought my interest but I can't find much usable user experience about it.
 
I'm a diabetic and I absolutely love metformin Ceylon cinnamon stack. The met used to mess with me as well but I started to cut doses in half and take with a higher fat meal. I follow a keto diet and use the metformin on my carb ups only.
Intermittent fasting is an excellent way to get the sensitivity soaring as well.
