Currently I'm on 30-40iu slin a day and planned to do so for about 4 weeks. Allready gained about 18 pounds (als bit of rebound from cutting) in 1,5 week so I really like the results so far.
Of course with this much slin everyday insulin sensitivity will decrease faster than it would with only a few units preWO so that's why a limit it to 4 weeks. (Or would ya go a little longer ?)
Of course you don't really need any pct for slin like I joked in the title of my post, but I can imagine you can speed up recovery, right?
I was thinking to go low carb high fat, keep protein the same to increase insulin sensitivity. Good idea? How many weeks?
