So I’ve decided to add hgh to my recent blast but I want to add igf-1 lr3 too. Was wondering what would be the best way to go about this? I was thinking hgh first thing when I wake up and then the igf later later in the day post workout. Now I was told and I don’t know how credible it is that the igf-1 lr3 would blunt the conversion process of the hgh since it’s in your system for 24 hours. What are your thoughts on this guy, anyone with personal expericsnce?
