FYI,

After 1 month on 5 iu novotropin per day had IGF-1 levels measured 1 hour after morning dose. IGF-1 level was 431 ng/ml comparable to my results from 2 iu pharmaceutical grade tev-tropin per day.

Next up: IP China blues, yellow, and hyges.

I am trying to discern how much influence one's insulin levels would have on the igf-1 conversion and how that might play into skewing the results of these igf-1-tells-me-how-good-my-gh-is tests. It seems to me I could take the same amount of gh on two different days and even something like what I ate and how late I ate the night before would have a 100-200 point effect on my results the next day.

Yes, it was fasted. 6:15 am injection; 7:30 am blood draw. My pre-hgh baseline IGF-1 was ~ 175 ng/ml.

Its actually rather significant. Insulin suppresses IGFBP-1, increasing free serum IGF-1 levels. This is less significant with endogenous production, as glucose (insulin specifically) inhibits GH production as a negative feedback control, but with exogenous use GH levels remains high so serum IGF-1 levels become excessive with the consumption of carbohydrates. Idealy any testing should be done fasted for accurate and consistent results.

Can you still get pharmacy grade? I'd love to see a standard to compare to at a dose like 4 or 5 ius fasted. It's interesting to me as the rips (at 4 ius) 12-hours fasted scored like 300-400 ng/ml which seems to be standard for most GH coming out of China, which is why I'm amazed at your results from only 2 IUs of pharm grade. Its also weird as people seem to report very different sides from novos to rips... if only IGF-1 testing could tell us more.

No, I can't afford pharm grade hgh anymore from my hrt clinic. Bummer!

I am pleased that 5 iu novotropin resulted in an IGF-1 increase on par with 2 iu pharmaceutical grade tev-tropin at a substantially lower cost!

When I return from vacation I will finish up my remaining novotropin and move on to the IP yellows followed by the hyges and then the blues.

I would welcome any other suggestions for brands to test in my quest to find the highest quality affordable hgh!

I love novos,i tested 469 on 4 iu fasted.I'm on rips right now,and having a problem with high heart rate,and problem with breathing.iv done rips before,and loved them.I don't now what the problem is now,but have to stop do to sides.but rips are very good gh,and very strong.I'm sad that I have to stop.gona get more novos
