Currently Eating 5 day low/no carb, 2 day weekend carb loads.
I have been running IGF-DES Pre depleation workout, Humalog post depleation with carb/wpi and shoot IGF-lr3 throughout the carb loading.
Question is would using MGF injected PWO in worked muscle groups throughout the low carb phase of the diet effect blood sugar levels like igf-1? Any effects on insulin levels, fat oxidation etc?
I am aware though it can be done, there is no real reason to use the igf on zero carb but my thinking is if using mgf throughout the week would help create new muscle cells and i could stimulate growth upon those cells during my carb loading using the igf.
Opinions on this dosing protocol anyone?
