No I only take it on work-out days. Non work-out days I cycle off of carbs until after my next work-out.

i was on test+tren and cutting with keto. 6days no carbs 7th refeed. i used DES pre workout and IGF LR3 before bed eod. i had SICK pumps. thats the only thing i cared about cuz i was lean enuff but was flat without the IGFs. i loved it.

I wouldn't recommend doing carb cycling in conjunction with DES 1,3...I did not react well to it. But as you can see from above, everyone is different.

I think most would be fine with it. My blood sugar runs very low naturally but I can 0 carb just fine after des just have the carbs for the awesome pump. Everyone responds differently but with des short half life it shouldn't cause issues. It did for you obviously but I have no idea why. Tren sends me more hypo than des and i can carb cycle on that ok just about
