I have started insulin 4 shots
3x hum r break/ lunch / pre workout
1x log post workout
macros before slin 375/ 475/50
I know I need to keep fats at bay and im gaining a solid amount with those macros I had a few questions should I
a. change macros to 475/475 (dropping fats and upping protein to same cals)
b change macros to 475/425-450 (dropping cals by 100-200)
c. change macros 475/425/13 (up proteins drop carbs by 50 and add fats to last meal
or any thoughts to keep fats at bay while putting on mass?
do you lower cals on insulin because it makes calories more effective?
