Better to run high dose HGH 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off...

...or simply 4 weeks on, similar period off?

Consider a simple high dose growth cycle of 15-20iu ED.

I'm currently sitting at a lean 240lb and looking to pack some muscle on this off season. Reading back on previous PM threads, 10-20iu was suggested and over a 4 week period, give or take.

Sides complained of were joint point and bloating and so a 2 week on, 2 week off plan of attack seemed logical?

Other meds will be:-

1.2g Test
30iu Novarapid slin ED, broken down into 5iu per meal.
25mcg t3

Any other suggestions welcome.
 
I've read people who run mega-doses for 5 days a months starting at 24iu/day ramping up to 40ius then taking the rest of the month off. They claim to have fantastic results with lean mass gains.

The theory behind it is mimicking puberty's growth spurts when your body produces dumploads of gh.
 
Growth blasts I've done and helped me get some of my size I have BUT I feel utterly utterly shit at 40iu. 20iu I'm fine, no worries. Can tolerate Rips at that dose (20iu) but not more.

I'm possibly thinking start at 10iu ED for a couple of weeks, then 15iu ED for a couple of weeks and finding where my sweet spot of gains/sides sits. 300-400iu growth a month (5 days on/2off) is do-able.

5 days/2 off is a good idea with high doses to keep your body from producing antibody's. What I do is CJC/GHRP or IPAM x 3 the two days off.
