How do you inject a running rat?

Since all of you laboratory Scientist are using Rats for your Peptide experiments, what do you use to catch them.

When my RAT sees coming with a syringe, the fucker takes off running and i can't catch him..

consistanly is the key , if you stopped pullin your pud everyday and practice your roping skills you woe soon be better at that than spanking your monkey.

I can honestly say I've never injected a rat or any other non human with anything other than legit meds.
