I just continue to drink lots of water. Im sure if you took some dandelion it might help shed it a bit faster.

It takes awhile for the bloat to subside. All that sodium and fat......ugh, lol.

yea thats why i was looking for ways to get it off faster....as i cheat once a week

Only thing I can think of that would help with bloat is water pills/diuretics. Not worth it IMO. Just let nature take it's course. If it makes you feel any better, I had salty ass chinese/vietnamese fusion food tonight as my cheat meal.
