Ive accumulated a few tendon related injuries over the years, some of which have became worse over the last week particularly.
Its come to the stage that its affecting my job as well now (havent lifted for a while but looking to get back on it) so really need something thats going to work!
Rest isnt really an option as I need to do lots of moderately light but repeated lifting of boxes at work. Its really getting me down now so yeah, some advice would be good please?
