IGF-1 LR3 timing w/GHRP-2 x3/day

My rat is thinking about running IGF-1 LR3 in conjunction with GHRP-2 and Mod GRF (morning, night, and sometime around lifting/mid-day)and am curious about how I should time it around workouts so as to not blunt the GH release. I am thinking that the best option might be to use the GHRP/Mod before lifting and the IGF post.

Does this sound reasonable? Is there a better way?

No igf post as it interferes with mgf production. I'm personally a big believer in what datbtrue has to say on peptides in general and he believes next morning to be best, or if training again next day I think he says pre bed ok.

Just take it with the highest carb meal of the day.

I know what dat says and the science etc, but for some odd reason it still works miracles for me takin it this way=-)

Then give it to your rat then. I doubt you produce enough mgf to matter. I give my rat his Lr3 pwo with his big steak, rice, and nuts meal. Always works well! My rat loves steak and nuts. He reminds me more of a squirrel the way he devours his nuts! Hahahaha.....deeeeeeaaaa nutzzzzzz. :D
 
So would lr3 preworkout with carbs give you a good pump too or would it be better like you said post with your meal? Looking for best time for lr3?

Preworkout: I would suggest staying with IGF DES bilaterally

Postworkout- lr3 can be used

Thx. Post workout it is then with a meal. I'll check into des for pre. I am assuming u don't need to run both at the same time.

perfect, I'll start next week:

des: before training (biceps) Total 50mcg
LR3: after training (chest) Total 50mcg

this is so because I first train the biceps and I train every muscle in the session is the chest. ;)
