abating the sides of increased GH

Whether it's via peps or HGH, seems like everyone experiences similar sides: h20 retention, CTS, numbness / tingling in fingers (CTS?). Any methods for reducing these effects? How safe are OTC anti diuretics? Anything give CTS relief?

i find lowering the dose and slowly working back up to work pretty well. also after being on gh for extended period of time the sides go away.

i've been on gh for 6 months and do not get any sides anymore.

i use to get tingling fingers, cts at night, cankles, n tons of water retention.

i was just coming in here to search the same question.

heres my scenario...

ive been running rips for about a year. with the latest batch i upped my dose from 4iu/day to 6iu/day due to an injury. story here...

i have been lowering it back down trying to find a dose that will ease up on the sides. my hands get so numb at night i cant sleep! it starts with a tingling feeling in my arm pit and it goes down to what feels like my funny bone and then the painfully numb hands. i spend the whole night shaking my hands out and trying to find the right position so i can sleep. its brutal!
going to take a few days off to try to get feeling back!

your right,,,at 4ius/day my hands hurt soo bad i can hardly make a fist,,,wakes me up at night all the time with super numbing pain at finger tips...i have since lowered to 2ius/day and its helping some,,not much.... will stay there till i can cope with not getting sleep and loosing my grip.
