Does Ipamorelin affect blood glucose levels in any way. Would it make you hyper or hypo. If so is it a concern?

From my understanding no.

It's a gh releasing peptide so the potential for increased blood glucose is there. For most people it's negligible to non existent. Anything that releases ffa into blood stream has the potential to increase insulin resistance. All that said for most people it will be 0 concern

It's not that it lowers insulin, it gh Just has an effect on blood glucose regardless of insulin. The body may even release more insulin to clear the ffa if it isn't burnt off
